Triad Group Events – Disclaimers & Refund Policy
Refund Policy
- Refund Window: Refund requests are only eligible if submitted 14 days or more prior to the posted event date.
- Processing Fees: All processing fees are non-refundable, even if a refund is granted.
- Ticket Transfers: Event tickets and registrations are non-transferable.
- No-Show Policy: Registrants who fail to attend an event will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
- Event Cancellation by Triad Group Events: If an event must be canceled or postponed, Triad Group Events may offer either a full refund of the base registration cost or a credit toward a future event at its sole discretion.
Ticket Sales Policy
- Online Ticket Cutoff: Online ticket sales will close 24 hours prior to the start of each event.
- Day-Of Entry: Tickets may be sold at the venue on the day of the event only if space remains available, pending capacity, dropouts, or no-shows.
- No Guarantee of Entry: Players arriving without a ticket on the day of the event acknowledge that entry is not guaranteed and is handled on a case-by-case basis at Triad Group Events’ discretion.
Disclaimers
General Liability Waiver
By registering for and attending any Triad Group Events program, tournament, or activity, you acknowledge and agree that participation is at your own risk. Triad Group Events, its staff, affiliates, and venue partners shall not be held liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during or related to the event.
Photography & Media Release
All Triad Group Events are filmed, photographed, and/or livestreamed. By entering the event premises, you grant Triad Group Events, its partners, and affiliates the irrevocable right to use your likeness, voice, and image in all promotional, marketing, and media formats, without compensation.
Prize & Tax Acknowledgement
Event prizing is guaranteed only as outlined in official event details. Players acknowledge that prizes are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winners of cash or cash-equivalent prizes (e.g., store credit, collectibles with fair market value) may be required to complete a W-9 form or other tax documentation prior to prize distribution.
Code of Conduct Agreement
All participants agree to abide by Triad Group Events’ Code of Conduct, which requires respectful behavior toward staff, attendees, and venue property. Harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Welcome Packet & Required Releases
All registered participants will receive a Welcome Packet via email prior to the event. This packet will include all required waivers, releases, and disclaimers—including the General Liability Waiver, Media Release, Prize/Tax Acknowledgement, and Code of Conduct Agreement.
- Action Required: These forms must be reviewed, signed, and returned prior to the event in order to participate.
- Failure to complete and return required documents may result in forfeiture of entry without refund.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or entering the premises, you agree to the Refund Policy, Ticket Sales Policy, and all Disclaimers outlined above.
