🗓 The Quantum Grind — Event Schedule

Date: Saturday, October 25th, 2025
Location: SLAM BOCA - 22500 Hammock St, Boca Raton, FL 33428

Decklists Due: No later than 9:00 AM EST (one hour before start)

Registration Cutoff: 9:00 AM EST — late registrations will not be accepted

7:30 AM — Event Opens for Registration and Check-in.

9:00 AM — Registration closes / decklists due

9:30 AM — Player meeting (mandatory attendance)

10:00 AM — Round 1 begins promptly

Format: Up to 5 Rounds of Swiss

Round Length: 80 minutes

Overtime: 20 minutes (per round, if required)

Estimated Swiss Schedule (if full 5 rounds are played):

Round 1: 10:00 AM – 11:20 AM (+ overtime if needed)

Round 2: 11:40 AM – 1:00 PM

Round 3: 1:20 PM – 2:40 PM

Round 4: 3:00 PM – 4:20 PM

Round 5 (if needed): 4:40 PM – 6:00 PM

Cut to Top 16 (maximum) based on Swiss standings

Top Cut Format: Up to 2 elimination rounds (80 minutes + 20 min overtime each)

Approximate Start: 6:30 PM (after Swiss concludes)

Payouts for >16 Players: By final Swiss standings

Please arrive early and be ready for deck checks

Judge calls and timekeeping will be strictly enforced

Prizing will be calculated using the live prizing table based on final attendance.
