A single mother of five, including two proud U.S. military veterans, Yolanda embodies resilience and dedication in everything she does. With over 30 years of business leadership, she brings unmatched expertise spanning accounting, event management, PTA boards, CFO roles, and executive positions in multi-million-dollar companies.

Her journey proves that anything is possible through determination and vision. As President of Triad Group Events, Yolanda is not only the cornerstone of the team’s success but also an inspiring leader whose drive ensures every event reaches its fullest potential.

 

Nathan Nieves — Tournament Organizer & Host

From being featured in Forbes articles to delivering public speeches in front of thousands, Nathan’s accomplishments as a young entrepreneur are impossible to overlook.

Driven from an early age, he became the first student to earn his bachelor’s degree at the same time as his high school diploma — a milestone that reflects his determination and focus.

Alongside his academic and business success, Nathan has been a highly competitive cEDH player for the past three years, giving him a unique perspective as both a competitor and organizer. Outgoing, charismatic, and laser-focused, Nathan is dedicated to providing players with the best possible experience while raising the standard of what it means to host competitive TCG events.

Kylie Henderson — Event Operations Manager

With more than 25 years of experience in the trading card game community, Kylie Henderson brings an unmatched level of expertise, leadership, and operational excellence to Triad Group Events. Her background spans every corner of the TCG landscape — from competitive play and judging to full-scale event logistics and broadcast-level production.

Kylie has organized and operated major tournaments across multiple TCGs, including Disney Lorcana, One Piece, Gundam, and other leading titles. Many of the events she has overseen have been streamed live to massive audiences across Twitch and YouTube, giving her unique insight into both the in-person and digital sides of modern competitive play.

Beyond her operations experience, Kylie is deeply entrenched as a competitive player and community leader. She is a certified Pokémon Professor, a highly competitive Lorcana player, and an active Magic: The Gathering competitor. Her strong tournament résumé includes a Top 32 finish at Dreamhack and numerous high placements across multiple game systems.

Known for her precision, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to player experience, Kylie is passionate about delivering events that are not only well-run, but memorable. Her decades of involvement — starting from the early days of the TCG industry — make her a cornerstone of the community and an invaluable leader within Triad Group Events.

After his military service, he transitioned into the medical field as an ICU nurse, where he continued to dedicate himself to helping others through discipline, focus, and compassion.

Building on those same values, Cristian later turned his attention to entrepreneurship. With a drive for excellence and innovation, he successfully launched and managed multiple business ventures before founding The Triad Group.

Today, as President, Cristian leads The Triad Group with the same commitment he brought to the battlefield and the ICU — integrity, service, and a vision for creating something lasting.
